Walk With Ease

Arthritis Community Services will be offering an Individual Walk With Ease Program.  To Join you will need to fill out a release form and course participation card and you will recieve your book to start the program. 

The books and forms can be picked up at:

St Joseph, MO  64507

 8:00 - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
